Nice hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff was very kind to my elderly parents during our first visit. I highly recommend checking out the lovely bakery nearby. I'll be back for Christmas!

Room.
Expensive, staff isn't friendly, breakfasts aren't what they are.

Thoroughly enjoyed polite service.
The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were courteous. The room was beautiful and absolutely perfect and featured a safe box, central heating and an iron. Kitchenette was a big plus. It offered us great and amazing location right next to a train station. The hotel was next to a gallery and an opera house.

Straight facts, no fluff
Great value for families, spacious apartments provide a true sense of home. Convenient amenities like a laundromat and underground parking enhance the experience. Expect some hiccups, my check-in took longer than anticipated, and cleanliness left something to be desired.

Plus points : (1) The availability of a pc at the lounge with printer attached was particularly useful. (2) The coffee/tea making facility at the lobby lounge. (3) a female staff at the reception was particularly helpful; unfortunately we didn't take down her name. (4) The location is also great in terms of getting around and easy access to food outlets.
Negative points : The condition of the curtains, iron & ironing board in the room badly needs improvement.

The room was new-fashioned and soundproof, it had a dishwasher, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. I loved sleeping on an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff was VERY NICE, excellent with every request.

It was just a good pick for a quick break in Paris with value for money. The gym was open 24/24, super convenient for my early workouts. Don't forget to explore the nearby restaurants for great food options.

Great location, walking distance from the Louvre and everything around it. For things further away, convenient subway stop at the corner. Spacious room, quiet, clean, great value for the money you pay.

The massive apartment was perfect for our large family, and the location was an absolute win. We loved the free coffee and water machine in the lobby, and catching a flick at the Grand Rex cinema was a highlight of our trip.
The door sensors seemed faulty and closed unexpectedly, which isn't ideal for families with kids.

Just its location, close to subway and restaurants.
I was forced to pay to bill in the check-in and not in the checkout, not to mention the receptionist was very careless, to say the least; my family had had their flight cancelled by the airline company and thus arrived a day later but we had warned the Hotel. The first thing that he said was that the Hotel had nothing to do with this. Moreover, the room was very small and uncomfortable.

would use them next time
The apartment was spacious with a comfortable sofa bed and lots of natural light. Kitchen had a fridge, microwave, and kettle, made self-catering easy. The coffee machine in the lobby was a great perk, and the fitness center added to the convenience. Staff was friendly and even let us check in early!

The apartment was surprisingly spacious for the city. Staff offered excellent service, especially with early check-in and attentive help during our time there. The location was convenient, just a short walk from key attractions. Housekeeping wasn't daily, and cleaning supplies were limited, which could be an area for improvement. The shared bathroom setup also lacked privacy.

Couple's Cozy Retreat
The early check-in was a life-saver after our long flight! Having our laundry issues handled at night just shows they care about guests.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable.

The self-catering facilities make it easy to whip up a meal in the apartment, a huge plus for families. The location is right in the heart of the action, allowing quick access to nearby attractions without wasting time on transport.
I had a room on the first floor, right over a pub, and the street noise was pretty relentless-definitely not silence-friendly, especially with kids. The maintenance crew was MIA when the bathroom sink got clogged, which I found unacceptable for a place charging premium rates. The reception seemed understaffed. Waiting times for help felt a bit excessive, especially during busy check-in hours. If you expect good water pressure in the shower, you might be disappointed. A mixed bag of experiences.
